Terms of Service

The service

Blync is currently free to use. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

Your account

Keep access to your email account secure, because that is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity in your Blync account.

Your content

The invoices, clients and other information you put into Blync remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending them to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Review before you send

Blync uses AI to draft documents and suggests tax rates and invoice fields for your country. Drafts can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking every document before you send it, and for your own tax and legal obligations. If you're unsure, ask a qualified advisor.

Blync doesn't process payments. Payments your clients report are records for you to confirm, not proof that money has arrived.

Acceptable use

Don't use Blync for fraudulent invoices, spam, or anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your use

You can stop using Blync at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing help@blync.app. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Blync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by documents you sent without reviewing them.
